Sierra Consulting can create a Virtual Data Room that is branded with your logo and contact information.

The VDR can have your firm's (or your client's) logo (with certain size restrictions) and contact information on the website. Once you provide us with the information necessary to get started creating your VDR, we can have your VDR up and running usually within the same day.

How Do I Get Started?

• First, you need to choose a domain name for your virtual data room. It could be http://www.yourfirm-VDR.com, or www.bigcorp-merger.com. Just check a domain name registrar such as Godaddy.com to make sure that the name you want hasn't been taken.
• Next, fill out the information on our checkout page, and check out. We will create your VDR site usually within the same day.
• We will send you an email once the VDR is set up with your URL and administrator login.
• Once you have the "keys" to your VDR, you have total control over setting up users and posting documents.
• You'll create user accounts for your each of firm's clients, potential bidders, or anyone who you want to share files with. They'll be notified automatically via email that their accounts have been created.
  
• You'll upload documents to your users' accounts. With the check of a checkbox you can upload a document to multiple users simultaneously. Your users can be notified automatically whenever a new document is posted. You will also be able to give each document a unique file name and description.
  
• Your users will be able to view, print and download only the documents you have posted specifically for them, and their access to documents is password protected and logged for audit tracing. They can sort their list of documents alphabetically or chronologically.

How Much Is It Going To Cost?

We offer the most straightforward, reasonable pricing of any major data room provider. Sierra Consulting Group does not change you for setting up the VDR - our monthly fee is $1 per document per active user.

You can control the number of active users and the number of documents that they have access to. So you can have full control over how much you are charged.

Our minimum fee is $2,000 which we require as an initial payment when the VDR is created. Your monthly fees will be deducted from this initial amount. Once your initial payment has been exhausted, we will bill your monthly service fees monthly to your credit card.

You will receive a monthly account statement with a listing of your active users and the number of documents per user. If you are a law firm, this will allow you to allocate your VDR cost to specific clients.
